Hey Reader,

With Easter around the corner, I know a lot of moms start to feel that little pressure to “be good” this week.

Quick reminder: you don’t need to overhaul everything just because a holiday is coming.

A few small things done consistently, a quick workout, moving your body better, a balanced treat, go a lot further than trying to be perfect for a few days.

Below are a few easy ways to move, feel better, and still enjoy what you’re eating.

🔥 DO THIS: 5 Minute Strength Spark

If your week is busy (or let’s be honest… chaotic), this is your reminder that 5 minutes still counts.

This quick workout is enough to wake your body up and keep you in the habit of showing up.

🔥 EAT THIS: Carrot Cake Protein Cookies

They're light, soft, and packed with cozy carrot-cake flavor. Made with warming spices and topped with a dairy-free cream cheese frosting,

🔥 Stretch Here: Thoracic Spine Exercises

If if you’re dealing with stiffness, poor posture, or recurring upper-body tension, these are for you!

These simple but powerful exercises help improve mobility, reduce pain, and boost performance, and many of them I use inside my Mobility Made Simple program.

🔥 MOM WIN

I have to celebrate this mom because this is HUGE. This is a mom of two who has a special needs daughter. Her days are insane, and I admire her like no other.

She has always struggled to stay consistent, and that's been our goal. Not perfection, but just showing up, for 2 sets out of four for 5 minutes, everything.

And now here we are. We have shifted her whole mindset. It's not always about the number on the scale, THIS is worth celebrating too.

If you're ready to start showing up (and having support while you do), try 6-weeks to STRONG and let's get you moving.
