Gah! May always feels like it speeds up real quick 😅

Between busier schedules and nicer weather pulling you outside, dinner needs to be simple. That said, I am stuck on some favorites right now so that's what you'll see here.

Meal Tips

  • Air Fryer Steak Bites: Though the flank steak will look cooked after seven minutes, keep it in the air fryer and cook for an additional three. I serve mine with easy frozen veggies and rice most of the time!
  • Sheet Pan Hawaiian Chicken: To make this sheet pan Hawaiian chicken recipe totally paleo and gluten-free, make sure to use Primal Kitchen sauces. Likewise, you’ll need to sub the soy sauce for coconut aminos.
  • Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken: Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before air frying (if possible!). However, it’s best to let it marinate for a few hours
  • Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie: Only cook the ground beef most of the way through before you drain it. This way it’ll absorb more of the flavors you add to it and not dry out.
  • Taco Spaghetti: Covering the skillet speeds up the cooking time, while stirring prevents the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Recipe Customizations
Either use a dairy-free cheese in the taco spaghetti or omit it.
