Hey Reader,

Some weeks everything feels a little extra, and that’s okay. You don’t need to catch up on anything, just a few easy things to lean on.

A treat you don’t have to bake. A breakfast that takes no thinking. A workout for the back of your body.

That’s the plan.

Here’s a few things to help you keep it simple this week 👇

Quick question: what’s the workout you keep saving and never start? Hit reply and tell me.

🔥 Learn This: How To Hip Hinge

Learn the hip hinge. It’s a key move for the back of your body, and the trick is to push your bum back as if you’re about to bump a wall behind you, instead of bending your knees. It’s worth getting comfortable with before you add weight.

🔥 EAT THIS: PB Date Bark

Dates, peanut butter, and chocolate, with no baking and no fancy skills needed. It’s chewy, crunchy, sweet, and salty all at once, and there’s a nut-free swap if you need one.

🔥 CHECK THIS OUT: Back Of The Body Exercises

Your glutes, hamstrings, and back, trained with moves you can mostly do at home. There’s a short workout in there, so you can pick it up and go.

When I break that down now, it’s 17 years... which sounds insane. I didn’t get my strength and conditioning specialist certification, though, until 2012, so I like to say I’ve only been coaching fourteen years, as those first few years I was, without a doubt, terrible. If I could apologize to clients in that time, I think I would lol. GLUTE HYPERTROPHY...

Protein apple crumble in a glass bowl.

You bought a tub of protein powder, choked down two gritty shakes, and it's been hiding in the back of the pantry ever since. You don't hate protein. You hate chalky, grainy powder that turns your muffins into bricks. Trust me, I get it. I used vegan powders for 10 years, and they were grainy, soaked up every drop of liquid in my recipes, and always left me feeling a bit...
