It feels like this time of year speeds up fast, busier evenings, more outside time, and suddenly trying to figure out dinner feels even more annoying.

Meal Tips

  • Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie: Serve the dairy-free chicken pot pie with anything you like: gluten-free bread or biscuits or tortilla chips.
  • One Pot Sausage Pasta: Not all gluten-free noodles are interchangeable. This recipe works best with quinoa or rice penne.
  • Honey Garlic Chicken Wings: If you don't have a grill pan, if you don’t have one, you can cook these honey garlic wings on a BBQ or make oven baked chicken wings on a cooling rack over a baking sheet.
  • Air fryer Chicken Skewers: Canned and fresh pineapple both work, but canned pineapple will be sweeter and fresh pineapple firmer, but will caramelize more.
  • Chicken Pesto Pasta: Buckwheat noodles are prone to sticking together- especially in the fridge. So, only make as many as you need for dinner that night. Otherwise, you'll be eating clumps

Recipe Customizations

For the pesto pasta, grab a rotisserie chicken from the store to keep it simple. As for the noodles, any noodles will work.
